Cilekli Pelte (Strawberry Blancmange)

1/2 kg. ripe strawberries
80 gr. cornstarch

Ayva Tatlisi (Quince Dessert)

4 quinces
11/2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon grated clove
whipped cream
